Contest Rules: A valid e-mail address and contact name is required for eligibility. One entry allowed per e-mail address/person, unless you become a ShoeSeen.com fan on Facebook, in which case you qualify for a second entry. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entrants. One winner will be randomly selected from a list of eligible entrants by October 15, 2009 and contacted via e-mail. Registering to win will also register you to receive weekly updates from ShoeSeen.com. You can unsubscribe to the e-mails through an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of all e-mails. If you unsubscribe prior to the drawing date you will be ineligible for the drawing.
Winner will be announced, first name, last name initial, city and state, on ShoeSeen.com once confirmation is made with the winner. If we are unable to contact the selected winner and obtain the winner's desired shoe size within 48 hours or if the e-mail is undeliverable, the winner’s prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Any alternate winners are subject to the same rules as the original winner, including the contact time limit. Photo identification required to claim prize. Winner must be available to claim prize in person in NYC. If winner is not available an agent will be assigned by ShoeSeen.com to claim the prize on winner’s behalf and prize will be shipped to the winner. If prize is unavailable in winner’s desired shoe size, Shoseen.com will make an effort to find an alternate Kate Spade shoe of equal or lesser value that is available in the winner's desired shoe size. However, if no shoe of equal or lesser value can be found in the winner's desired shoe size, winner must choose a size that is available in the original prize. By accepting the prize, the winner grants ShoeSeen.com permission to use her first name, last name initial, city, state and/or image for promotional purposes without notice or compensation. Any exchanges or returns of the prize must be done through Kate Spade and are subject to Kate Spade rules and regulations.
This drawing is only open to legal US residents 18 years old or older. Entrants agree to indemnify ShoeSeen.com for any damage or loss resulting from contest participation, acceptance of prize, or prize collection. ShoeSeen.com will not be held responsible for typographical errors, incomplete or undeliverable entries. If contest interference, fraudulent or automated entries are detected or suspected.
