Yoana Baraschi

Yoana Baraschi’s first presentation, at MB Fashion Week, went over exceedingly well. The clothes were spectacular, and although she doesn’t design shoes yet, she paired here whimsical dresses with contrasting footwear by Jeffrey Campbell. There were lots of chunky platforms but in soft colors instead of the darks we’re used to seeing from JC. The sweet touches like bows and silk socks were also a nice change. There was an occasional oxford thrown in the mix, but the platform wedge ruled this presentation.
